Ghanaian Party Salad

This Ghanaian Party Salad one of the greens you will find at all parties. This salad can be served as a main dish or side dish. it can be eaten with bread as sandwish or as salad greens to accompany your jollof.

Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Prep the vegetables, sliced and diced everything
  2. Place two pots with water on medium heat. Bring it to a boil then add pasta in one and the other with eggs. Cook pasta according to the directions on the package.
  3. Once pasta and eggs are done, drain it and cool it down.
  4. In the meantime peel your hard boiled eggs and rinse it to make sure there are no shell left.
  5. Add cooled pasta to the salad bowl.
  6. Give the salad a Mix
  7. Mix in the sardines, conred beef, sliced eggs
  8. Make Ghanaian Salad dressing by mixing all the ingredients in a bowl.
  9. Drizzle the dressing on top of salad mix, then mix in the salad dressing
  10. Plate the salad, serve and enjoy!
